The foundation of everything we do is understanding the human mind. Understand this, and you understand plenty.

As a Mindset Coach, I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles, Solution Focused strategies, Trauma Informed practice, and Person-Centred concepts to seamlessly harness the transformative power of mindset coaching. Each service I provide offers a structured yet flexible framework designed to help you understand, challenge, and evolve the way you think, feel, and respond.

Why?

 

I have developed my skillset, reputation, and success by dedicating three decades to working with people experiencing trauma, fear, and distress in challenging situations. Over the last decade, I expanded into Therapy, Counselling and Coaching to deepen my understanding of the complexities of the human mind and emotions, successfully assisting my clients to fulfil their aspirations by initiating change and creating autonomy.

My ultimate goal is to continue making a positive impact in the world, using my understanding of the effects of trauma to help others find their own equilibrium. While we cannot control external factors that impact our lives, we can change our mindset and learn to respond to these challenges in a more positive and productive way.


A little insight into my journey

Growing up, I faced significant challenges that left me feeling psychologically broken and unsafe. The instability and placement in foster care only added to my survival mode. As a result, my traumatic childhood experiences continued to impact my early adult life, leaving me feeling broken and the inability to function in society.

Thankfully, through learning to trust my intuition (despite initial doubts) and therapeutic counselling, I was able to incorporate various healing techniques into my life. Though it was a difficult journey, I began to build my self-worth and confidence, learn to trust myself and others, and shift my perspective on the world as not being my enemy.

Whilst hospitalised, disabled, and medicated, I began initiating the inner changes that allowed me to create the autonomy necessary to pursue studies in Therapy and Counselling. Initially specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person-Centred Counselling, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Life Coaching. I now use my lived experience, alongside my previous professional career, to help others vanquish their own challenging obstacles. Through a Trauma-Informed therapeutic approach, I assist others in finding balance, resilience, and clarity in life.
